Rob Phillips, CEO
Experience as Managing Member of P & H Properties LLC, based in Tulsa,
Oklahoma has positioned Rob to take Totally Green to the next level of
development. He has brokered, redeveloped, and managed over eight million
square feet of property in Oklahoma, Missouri, and Arkansas, including shopping
centers, high rise office buildings, and large office complexes. With resolve
and dedication–coupled with a passion for conservation–Rob oversees the
manufacturing, marketing, distribution, and ongoing innovation of Totally
Green.

Nathan Baker, President
Nate Baker earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from The University of
Oklahoma in 1992. He has served as Director of Operations at a large and
profitable AE firm, overseeing three hundred employees in multiple offices.
Most recently, Nate served as Vice President of an AE firm which focused on the
mind, body, and spirit of the end user. It was this commitment to clients’
personal growth that redirected his career path in 2010, bringing him to the
leadership group of Totally Green. In this new venture, Nate Baker fuses his
experience of team building and corporate operations with his passion for
improving the quality of people’s lives and the environment around us.

Tom Self, Chairman of the Board of Directors
Tom is the CEO of Air Cooled Exchangers, Inc., a large factory near Tulsa,
Oklahoma with a long, profitable track record in manufacturing. Undergraduate
degrees in Physics and Math, and a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering
from Tulsa University, have permitted him to invent, fabricate, and manufacture
complex equipment throughout a prolific career. His factory is currently
engaged in the engineering and manufacture of the ORCA Green Machine for
Totally Green, Inc.

Bob Humberstone, Vice President of Sales
Bob began his career as a Certified Public Accountant. Assisting large and
small businesses develop their business plans and operate successfully, he
gradually began developing his own business selling food service products with
emphasis on eco-friendly compostables. He soon perceived a need for a machine
that could compost food on site. He developed the original marketing and sales
plan for the Orca Green Machine in the USA. He continues to offer his expertise
to Totally Green and its customers.

William Horner, Founder
William Horner grew up on a family farm in Iowa. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree from North Park University in Chicago, he taught junior high school while earning a Master’s degree in Education from Indiana University. In 1966 he founded Experience Education, a non-profit educational corporation which has operated continuously since that time.  In the 1980s, he established educational and agricultural businesses in Africa and the Caribbean. In 2003 he started Naturally Iowa, an organic dairy processing plant where the first PLA-plastic bottles for dairy products were pioneered.   After taking Naturally Iowa public, he joined with the Tulsa-based management team in 2010 and the company name was changed to Totally Green. As a member of the Totally Green, Inc. Board of Directors, Bill continues to carry forward his vision and assist in a variety of ways.
